Taking this thing in mind, QHS Group has established Training and Development Department, where the students get the practical knowledge directly from the Industry experts and that too in the premises of the company itself.

The basic purpose of this department is to reduce the gap between Students and Employer by providing them Executive, Managerial & Technical skills from our experienced rich Corporate Trainers, in order to have fine placements for their better tomorrow.

The Training and Development Department also focused on the soft skills along with the hard skills. A recent report by Business World estimates the number of students graduating each year to be around 50 lakhs of which only 25 per cent of which are deemed to be employable. It is not the hard skills but the soft skills which the employees and students are lacking. There is saying “Hard skills give the one, a platform to sit and appear for an Interview, Soft skills gives the one a Job & career Progression”. So both skills are equally important as it is combination of both, the person gets a right placement at a right time.
